Email Signature
How to add the signature to your email client
Gmail
- Click Copy signature above.
- Open Gmail → Settings (⚙️) → See all settings.
- Under Signature, create a new signature and paste (Ctrl+V / Cmd+V) into the rich-text field.

Replace
[NAME],[TITLE],[PHONE],[EMAIL]with your details. - Save changes at the bottom of the page.
Apple Mail
- Click Copy signature above.
- Open Apple Mail → Preferences → Signatures.
- Create a new signature, uncheck "Always match my default message font", then paste.
- Replace the placeholders with your details.
- Close preferences.
Outlook (Windows)
- Click Copy signature above.
- Open Outlook → File → Options → Mail → Signatures.
- Create a new signature and paste into the editor.
- Replace the placeholders with your details.
- Click OK.
After pasting, replace the placeholder fields ([NAME],
[TITLE], [PHONE], [EMAIL]) with
your real information. All fields should be uppercase.
